Unique Establishment Identifier (UEI)
Currently, establishments have to use different identification numbers when interacting with different public sector agencies. The more commonly used identifiers include the ACRA number issued by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) to registered companies, businesses and limited liability partnerships, the ROS number issued by Registry of Societies (ROS) to registered societies.
Having a Unique Establishment Identifier (UEI) for establishments in Singapore, similar to the NRIC number for individuals, will reduce the number of identifiers that establishments have to use. A UEI will also make interactions with the Government simpler, faster and easier.

Singapore Government Enterprise Architecture (SGEA)
SGEA is a set of blueprint covering Business Architecture (BA), Information Architecture (IA), Solution Architecture (SA) and Technical Architecture (TA). It provides a holistic view of business functions, supporting data standards and Infocomm Technologies system and services at Government level, irrespective of the agencies performing and implementing them.
The programme’s key strategy is to engage agencies in the identification of collaboration opportunities; it will facilitate the analysis of central Infocomm Technologies investments and their alignment to business functions and create opportunities for collaboration among agencies, leading to the adoption of shared Infocomm Technologies systems and services.
It is targeted at business personnel, IT professionals and management responsible for IT projects in the public sector.
