CitizenConnect
CitizenConnect aims to help citizens and residents without access to, or who need help with using computers or the Internet, to transact online with the Government. It is a pilot community project launched by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the People’s Association (PA) and its grassroots organisations on 1 October 2005.
Two conveniences are offered via its CitizenConnect centres: access to government services or information on the Internet, and personal guidance on transacting online with government agencies. The centres are now located in The Serangoon, Pasir Ris East, Gek Poh Ville, Toa Payoh Central and Zhenghua Community Clubs.

Singapore Government Online Search Engine
The Singapore Government Online Search Engine aims to integrate and improve the relevance of search results across all published Government-wide information and services on the Internet. It provides a metadata-enabled search engine with a taxonomy-driven user interface for the public to reach Government e-services conveniently and effectively.
The project will benefit those who need to search on Government information and services available on the Internet. Public sector employees will also experience the benefits of this improved search service on the Government Intranet information and services.

Singapore Government Online Portal
Launched on 28 Oct 2004, the Singapore Government Online Portal aims to provide government information and services electronically.
The portal is a unified customer-centric gateway to Government information on four different segments:
· the Government segment which provides updates about Singapore and the Government,
· the eCitizen segment which provides information and services for Singaporean citizens and permanent residents,
· the Business segment which offers access to business services, and
· the Non-Resident segment which offers foreign visitors information about visiting, relocating, working or studying in Singapore.
It will also provide a platform for more cross-agency collaborations and integrations under the vision of ‘Many Agencies, One Government’, and is in line with Singapore's vision for service excellence among all government agencies.

Web Services
The programme for the development and deployment of Web Services in the public sector was conceived to provide more opportunities for service transformation, to enable the public sector achieve better service delivery to citizens and businesses, and create a truly customer-centric experience.
The project promises to improve the agencies’ ability for more efficient data and services sharing. This will be made possible by connecting and providing access to the different government agencies systems in real-time. The programme targets government agencies, encouraging them to make available information or services via Web Services. The end result would be citizens making use of richer services via their preferred access points.

The Online Business Licensing Service (OBLS) aims to make Singapore an ideal place for business by offering a one-stop experience in obtaining different licenses through an integrated e-service.
