The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) organised an Industry Briefing on Business Opportunities for IT in the Public Sector on 4 February 2004. The objective is to increase the IT industry's awareness of pipeline IT projects in Government.

Agencies with major IT projects in FY2004 spoke about their pipeline projects for FY2004 (i.e. April 2004 to March 2005). The briefing also covered the broad plans in the various strategic priorities in the e-Government Action Plan II (eGAP II) and the major central IT initiatives.
