Organised by the Ministry of Finance and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, participants this year can look forward to hearing about Singapore's second Infocomm Security Masterplan and Government's latest efforts in ensuring a secure and trusted infocomm environment for both businesses and individuals. Seminar participants will also have the opportunity to find out more about Government's plans and programmes to ensure a future pipeline of talent for infocomm security as well as to build up the capabiities of our pool of infocomm security professionals.

3 Singapore Initiatives Among World’s Top 20 Innovations
Three Singapore initiatives have made it to the top 20 global innovations for the international “Innovations in Transforming Government Award” by Harvard and IBM. The top 20 were selected from more than 100 applications from 30 countries. The three Singapore initiatives, grouped by the award administrator into a single submission, are The CitizenConnect, Mobile Government and The Enterprise Challenge.
Singapore's e-Government Ranks Highly in Global Study (again)
It is yet another feather on Singapore's hat for its e-Government efforts. A study by researchers at Brown University has placed Singapore in the second position, ahead of the United States and Taiwan. According to the American University, Singapore scored high marks for online services, publications, databases, privacy policies.
